Seoda Treasures gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations;

• Contact me within: 7 days of delivery 
• Ship items back to Seoda Treasures within: 14 days of delivery 
• Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Seoda Treasures cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*** Resin Care:

Do NOT submerge your jewellery pieces in water. Resin is NOT waterproof, only water resistant. So please remember to remove your jewellery before showers, swimming, washing-up etc.
Store your jewellery out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften and the flower inserts to fade.                                                                                                                                                           Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfume and cleaning products.
